Horrible customer service

Am soo soo soo disappointed how they treat their customers I bought a car that I drove less than 6 months and airburgs deflated when I make it was a struggle to get them help me even now I have like 2 months without my car when I try to make follow up no response is like am talking to myself what a bad customer service
