I had my finance approved after rushing to send through my documents, only to wait for 3 months without any communication from the sales rep. If I wanted an update, I had to call in otherwise she kept saying she was having phone issues.

Even after making me wait so long with poor service in between, when I eventually got my car, they didn't even offer a token of remorse. I was given a water bottle for buying a top of the range model.
