unwanted attention from metro police

I spent the whole of September looking for a new car, I was lucky to work with Mr Sibusiso Maseko. He went all out to meet my demands and I am impressed by his customer care attitude I'd buy my next car from him again. I picked up my car on Friday 2nd October 2015 a memorable day that was. Thursday 8 October I was stopped by 3 metro police men, apparently my temporary vehicle licence was not registered. I went to kid Menlyn to find out exactly what happened, the franchise proxy said the car was not registered because the jmpd rejected the application due to some paper work and he promised to provide me with the registration information on Friday 9 October, guess what I have not heard anything from him or the manager! The fact that the manager could not give me a letter of Reassurance that everything as they claimed to be, has got me worried. The way this incident was handled was not professional at all. It has got me wondering how many people experienced the same thing I went through.
