Rather Buy Elsewhere

Honestly the worst service we've ever experienced from a dealership. Bought a low mileage demo vehicle from them. When we picked the vehicle up it was filthy inside and had not been cleaned with papers in the centre armrest, dirty hand marks all over the roof lining and lipstick stains in the interior. Upon our first long drive with the car we realised a humming noise coming from the left front that did not sound good. Trying to get them to sort it out took weeks. They say they will come fetch the car on a certain day and just don't show up without having the decency to let you know they can't make it and this happens over and over again. Eventually the car gets booked in and we're told it's a wheel bearing and the tyre also seems to have a flat spot. Bearing in mind this car only has 8k Kms on the clock. They advised it's been fixed and will deliver the car. The car comes back with a cracked windscreen and the noise is still there and the tyre they said they'd replace has not been replaced. We've now been waiting two weeks for a windscreen replacement and for them to fix the noise coming from the front left. Again we were told they would come on Monday for them to just not show up. I would advise people to rather buy a vehicle elsewhere, they are very helpful to get the deal done but once the deal is done they don't care. We will be contacting Kia South Africa and if it does not get resolved we'll contact the bank to cancel the deal.
