Poor Service/De*****ed/Complaint dismissed (Sold a car with defects)

Was assisted by a lady called Selebogo Mphahlele who she and her Boss Alfred convinced us to buy a specific Kia 5Dr 2018 model brand new but i had defects, we did raise the issue with the dealer but we were told where to get off and lSelebogo was so rude and her manager Alfred didnt bother to hear our complaint the vehicle wasn't even taken to their workshop for assessment it was only assessed by a Caucasian sales man who said that its our fault and we damaged the car but we have pictures that were taken before we took the car our of the dealer which shows the damage but our complain was dismissed

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM KIA MENLYN- THE SERVICE IS A WACK AND TO DATE WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CONTRACT FOR THE CAR
