Pathetic service and attitude

Terrible service from levels. Salesperson to FNI to manager. They changed the agreed upon price and contract without informing me. They did not follow up on application with Absa which was pending and **** to us about all applications been declined besides MFC. Manager was aggressive and arrogant in his approach and response after their mishaps. Will never recommend anyone to go to this branch. Worst experience ever. Cost me money and delayed my vacation. Totally ********* and unprofessional.
