MY CAR IS RUINED!!!

In September 2013 i sent my car to Kia in Menlyn for repairs as it had repeatedly blown the head gasket. I instructed the service staff to please find the cause and repair the damage.<br> <br> Almost 3 months and over R16000 later i got my car back with the assurance that the problems are solved.<br> <br> Since then my head gasket has blown 3 more times!!! And the constant overheating has damaged several other parts of the engine too!!!!!!<br> <br> Last night I was stranded in traffic watching the smoke pour out of my car engine AGAIN.<br> <br> I have now taken it to a new workshop who ran a diagnostic test on the engine and who have now informed me that the RADIATOR has NEVER been looked at, let alone flushed and the radiator is so blocked that it no longer works. Causing... Guess what..? YES! MY GASKET TO BLOW!!! EVERY. TIME. <br> <br> I do not expect Kia to acknowledge or take any notice of this complaint after all the time that has passed!<br> <br> But i am well and truly heartbroken! <br> <br> I must now pay for repairs to my vehicle AGAIN when I originally asked them to FIND THE CAUSE and FIX IT so that it does not blow another gasket. <br> <br> There is nothing that KIA can do for me now. I am broke. I have no car. I am helpless.<br> <br>
