Kia Menlyn like an expensive nightmare. Bad service and cannot fix car

Our Chery QQ3 0.8 TX AT had to be taken to Kia Menlyn twice after it broke down. Only they can work on Chery vehicles in the whole of Pretoria. We received the worst service ever both times. July last year we had to wait 6 weeks whist given the run around. January 2019 we waited 2 and half weeks and were told so many excuses by different people that the puzzle just did not fit. The Chery expert had to be called in on both occassions, but got delayed or had to catch a flight to somewhere else and on it went. R3 200 later and two and half weeks later we received the vehicle back in the same broken condition it was handed in. They also never phone you back. They are not a pleasure to deal with, but rather feels like an expensive nightmare
