KIA MENLYN FALSE CLAIMS

If I could give a zero, I would. Clutch cable snapped. Took it in to Kia Menlyn and was told that the entire clutch had to be replaced. They then replaced the clutch cable with a hard clutch that damaged my gearbox. Got a second opinion and turns out the original cable could've just been reattached. After spending so much money they made a false claim. Car is back to normal after the persons I got the second opinion from, fixed it. They are SNAKES! Will be reporting these ********* very soon. Does anyone have contact details for an ombudsman I can contact with regards to this?
