I bought a car cash, engine is faulty, wipers not working - leaks in the bonnet, bogus service history

I Bought a car cash at Kia Menlyn/ Multi Franchise Menlyn.

from the day i got it, it has been giving power down signals, engine has been faulty and i even got stuck with the car. luckily my lil daughter was not with me at the time. they said it had an up to date service history only to find that it was last serviced at 30000kms whereas its at 55000kms. it leaks in the bonnet, there is a wire under the seat, this is the very same car that went through a full assessment.

i have emails and screen shots contacting the dealership, i have even escalated to 2 employees there, including the 1 of the managers who told me of his busy schedule and clearly didnt care about risking my life and that of my daughter. even after all of these efforts and follow up calls, efforts i made, the manager had the nerve to tell me about his busy schedule and didnt even take a second to think about my safety, my life let along my daughters Life and Safety. he doesnt care because money is in their bank already, customer care, good service, quality goods or even safety doesnt matter to them.

i asked for the certificate from the assessment and to this day i don't have that certificate.

i was wondering what kind of dealership would go to such extra miles to keep a client, they transported me and friends(while they get the Chery J2 ready for me), they further more gave me a "courtesy car" and they were so chilled when i told them i hit a pothole and damaged the car. i told them immediately and they said i must not worry we will fix it in Jan when the panel beaters open. i relaxed, knowing the sales person also said i will be covered by their insurance.

and now it all makes sense, they knew they will be making a lot of money in CASH nogal. So much for saving up and buying a car cash from what i thought it was a legit car dealership. i want them to take their s**** car and give me my money back.
