begging for license disk for 4 months

Hi Christo/ Anneri I hope this mail finds you well, however I have had unyielding patience for a while, which has proven to be as useful as a chocolate teapot. My car reg D*****GP, it’s a Cerato, with a pretty red colour, a punchy engine and sweet smelling leather interior, which costed me over 300k… BUT I DON’T SEE WHY I NEED TO KEEP FOLLOWING UP AND BEGGING FOR A DAMN LICENSE DIS****, I am a customer after all Please could someone update me on the status of my cars license, this has been going on for 3 weeks now, and still to this point no one has contacted me despite the messages I leave. I was pulled over again last night for an expired license to which I need to tell stories to the cops! This car was purchased in April, we are now in August and quite honestly im am appalled by the service I have been given with regards to this issue. I have been back and forth with this vehicle and I am not prepared to take another trip back to your dealership. From the poor build quality to lack of aftersales support I have no words… Christo, as we discussed you would come back to me when the license arrives, has it arrived yet? Its been 2 weeks since you asked me to bring my car back to be roadworthied again. If it has will you please send your driver to drop it off at the below address, as we agreed upon a week ago. If it hasn’t arrived, please update me and apply the necessary steps to have this issue resolved. I have a lot of experience in this regard, and getting a license should not take more then a day. To be quite frank, I worked for AMH for a long time, and I am shocked with what the brand has come to. I would like to also commend Gavin and the new sales team in assisting me when the car broke down, you went out of your way to help, and for that I am grateful, well done to you! Please someone send the license immediately Gerard
