BAD EXPERIENCE EVER WITH KIA MOTORS

I had a terribly bad experience with KIA Menlyn , I traded in my car with this company its a year now or even more ,been calling them like forever,guess what I got , TERRIBLY BAD EXPERIENCE, one of the agents sold a car good ,he sold me a car that had light scratches on which he promised me that there will be repairs on , since I was keen to have the car .I received a call to say the car is ready for collection ,I went there and boom the car was not repaired.

so hence I said that were minor scratches I wasn't that worried , that's not all the worst happened , when collecting the car I was told by the guy who was helping through out the process named Sipho that he will call me to come take my service book and spare key , that never happened till to date .when trying to contact him he referred me to someone named Alfred still nothing happened

so now that experience lead me to not enjoying my car. don't see myself referring anyone nor upgrading my car there I even hate the brand KIA .
