Spare car Key

I bought a KIA Sportage at KIA Gold Reef City Dealership in February 2020. I was only given one car key. I have been following up with the sales person by the name of Johannes Lebepe. Having one car key is stressful as a mistake can happen and lock in the key. I have been following up for the past 6 months with no luck. I need the spare car key so I can enjoy my car and not worrying about the key being locked in when cleaning the car.

Hellopeter please can you help me get my spare car key from this car dealer.
