Still Waiting For My Revised Contract After Being Overcharged

I bought my brand new Kia Picanto Style 1.0 litre and the value of the car is R159 995 from Kia Motors East Rand Mall last week Monday. My partner then noticed the big jump of pricing from R159 995 to R179 911 including a R47 998.50 Balloon payment which I didn't ask for, this after I had to email them more than once to get a copy of my contract. Surprisingly when we went back to the dealership to question this, we were told that ABSA made this "mistake" by adding R14 409.80 which the guy at the dealership couldn't explain what I was being charged for. Isn't it the bank gives the dealership all the money once finance gets approved?! Where was that unclaimed R14 409.80 going to go?! So I was going to be paying an extra R14 409.80 that wasn't accounted for?! I also find it very strange that with my clean credit record ABSA was the "only" bank that approved me. Fast forward to us having to go back to the dealership for a revised contract and now we are still struggling to get a hold of the gentleman we dealt with as I still don't have a copy of my revised contract so I can go to ABSA and find out what is happening with them over pricing the car like that. I also didn't even get a manual book come with my brand new Kia Picanto. Please I need answers as I plan on taking giving my brother who is an Advocate the go ahead to have the bank investigate this.
