Renew Tech *****

When I bought my car in 2016 I was told I "had to" take up the Kia Renew Tech policy. Not only that, if I did not use it that I would be refunded. When I called to claim my refund back I was told that my policy had lapsed and that I am thus not due for a refund. How convenient!

When I asked why I was not informed prior to the policy lapsing. I was told about a letter sent via post not email, not a phone call. POST! Mind you I did not receive this letter!

I am livid at the audacity of this organisation to take a person's money and then not be forthright about its refund policy.

DO NOT TAKE THE RENEW TECH PLAN. A waste of money.
