DO NOT TAKE RENEWTECH WHEN THEY MAKE YOU SIGN

When I bought my car they made me take a policy for Scratches, Chips and Dents and said it would be covered and that I had to take it. I put in a claim and it took forever to authorise, not in full but the staff are quick to send you their CV looking for a job! I requested the policy to be cancelled from inception as I had no policy OR terms and conditions and now they just ignore me.
