Major service kia empangeni

My car went in for Major service at KIA empangeni, as I did every 15k km. After my service my car was leaking oil so I phoned kia the day after and told them it's leaking oil some where... Response was keep an eye on it it maybe just oil from the service that was spilled. A view days later oil leaked stopped and all was good till it starred again. I phoned them and told them my problem and a new problem that also started. They told me to make an appointment and so I did. After 7hours for 1hours work they solved the new problem but my oil leak I was told its my problem not there's. So i told them I'm not staying in town have to make arrangement for new appointment and they didn't have all the parts needed to fix oil leak so I will phone them when I can bring the car back to get fixed. And so I did and still today they did not phone me to say the parts is available to fix my car. I decided to take my car to someone El's to have a look what's going on with the oil leak, it didn't take 3min for them to see the problem which was the fault of the oil leak. The have never change my oil or they used cheap oil in my car. For that reason everything that was replaced on major service is going to have to be replaced again because of using cheap oil or no oil. My car don't burn oil in to crisps in 6months !!!!!!! Because of that I have to replace my cambelt again and my oil seal's and flush my motor... the new mechanic Told me that was the reason for my problems. PS : I put a complaint in at head office they phoned me the same day and told me its because I don't service my car every year as the service book is telling me to so ... Hello its 12 month or 15000 km. But besides that its there work to see the problem's on my car ... Whats the reason then for a Major service. That's way we pay them R600 per hour to Service our cars...
