Very upset due to service
Bought a car from Sandton and was advised to take a maintenance plan as well which is under liquid capital ,took the car for service at Kia east rand twice and nothing which covered under maintance plan was changed knowing very well that the plan will expire soon nothing was done,only now that I want break pads changed I'm being told the plan has expired so between liquid capital and Kia east rand someone has to tell the truth or give me my money .

14 Nov 2024, 06:34I still have a problem maintenance plan expired while nothing was replaced and Kia east rand requested me to call liquid capital .I knew liquid capital through Kia as a brand car dealers are such a **** and if we don't check we are paying a lot of money for nothing they only care about what they are making and not about customers
