Promises are never kept

Roderick from Kia East Rand is a man who does not keep his promises. We bought a Toyota rush in Jan and we are happy with the car. When we bought the car, luckily the battery was dead already and Roderick had to buy a new battery right there and then. We did not receive the spare key, ever since the deal has been concluded, Roderick has been silent about our spare key. I am following up with him all the time and nothing comes out of it. It's been six months and still no feedback. When I call the office, they say they are transferring to the manager but then I am left holding until they drop the call on their end.
