Poor service at Kia

Poor service. I do not recommend Kia east gate.

My mom bought the latest KIA SPORTAGE at East rand Boksburg The service was so poor, first things first the lady who was helping her (Michelle van der merwe) was so so nice and helpful until we got the car. She left her job to work at Kia Witbank but when she left she hadn’t process any paper work whatsoever. She didn’t remove the old car that we “traded in” from the system now we had to be debited twice. For the new car and the old one that we didn’t have. We tried getting the manager (Joey Van Der Merwe maybe they are related we don't know) to help but he was always unavailable. The car’s permit expired and we got no response on when the car registrations is coming. We called multiple time and went to the dealership but the manager was not helpful since she was either unavailable or did not know where the documents are for the car.

We tried calling the lady who helped us initially (Michelle Van Der Merwe ) she blocked us and continuously hang the phone on us when we tried asking about the paper work since we did not get any assistance from the dealership.

We did not get any luck. 10 days later when we have been driving with a car that had an expired permit finally a lady (Thina) tried her best to assist us with the bank stuff and all the other things. She was new there from another dealership and I heard rumours said that she left because of bad treatment to the customers after thay got the commission and a good bussiness especially from blacks.

The people at the dealership are so rude and unhelpful.
