Need to make telephonic booking

The phone lines are very bad when trying to book a vehicle in for service. First they couldn’t hear me then the call cut then when I got through to the service team there was dead air. They also still have the previous owner’s details on the system and we were told it would be updated with the last service.

Can someone please call me on a clear line so I can make a booking.
