Horrible service

I took in my vehicle for service on 27 January 2023, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for the shuttle service (keeping in mind that there are 3 different drivers) when I asked one Indian gentleman to assist as I was running late for my meeting, he advised that the drivers' phones were on voicemail. Moving over to the Service Consultant who was supposedly assisting me, an African gentleman, this guy was on his phone for more than hour, he didn't bother asking me what am I here to do? have I been assisted? He carried on with his phone call like I was not even in the room. The service was just horrific!!!
