Disappointed with telephone manners

I called in to enquire about something and the lady that was assisting me (Zanele) was talking to her colleagues in the background and gave me an attitude. I'm disappointed cause their chat could have waited till we were done and they could have continued with their conversation, instead she went on as though what she was doing was okay.
