I would just like to take a moment to thank Magda from Kia Motors Boksburg for her amazing and outstanding service. I purchased a vehicle from Kia Boksburg in January, a Susuki swift for my son's birthday, the service received was fantastic, I bought a extended warranty plan as well as a service and maintenance plan. This morning my son had to take his car for a service to Susuki who could not assist with the service plan and made it clear that without the documents he would have to pay as they never loaded it on the system. I called Kia Boksburg and asked for Magda who took my call before business hours, she immediately forwarded me the documentation, Magda is definitely Customer service orientated and definitely exceeds her customers expectations.
