Best Service Department by far

I had a problem with my vehicle and had to book it in to KIA East Rand. Firstly, Zanele, thank you for being so polite and friendly on the phone and helped me within minutes to make the booking. Secondly, Amelia. When i brought my car in, you were so proficient, and after explaining that i had to wait, showed me kindness and welcomed me to the waiting area. Thank you. You also updated me continuously on the progress. Thirdly, Amelia, Bongani and Tanya. You guys are so professional when dealing with clients, you are genuine and really take pride on all the follow up calls you make. You guys are awesome. I loved hearing some of the office banter. You made me laugh so much. Its lovely to witness colleges that work together as a family. And lastly Micheal, thank you for explaining what was going on and always coming to the front and keeping me updated. I will definitely be bring my car back to KIA East Rand. The service department is honestly the best team I have ever dealt with. You can give yourselves a big pat on the shoulder. Well done
