Bad service

I phoned beginning of Jan to take my Kia Picato start 1.0 in for the Crystal fusion, next service and wanted them to have a look at my clutch as it sometimes shutters. The lady who answered took my details and told me someone will give me a call back to discuss. It is almost end Jan and I haven't heard from them. It is the worst service ever. How do you keep your client's happy?????
