Atrocious horrible service

Worst service ever. Bought new Sonet in March 2022 and battery died in February 2023. I was told battery warranty is 1 year only and I had to pay to replace it. Conrad service manager was rude and arrogant My car spent 3 days there with no feedback. STAY AWAY FROM KIA guys
