Disappointed Service

I bought a demo Rio from Kia Diep River. The car met my expectations. However, I also paid for Kia rubber mats. They charged me and I paid for the mats. However, when I collected the car, it was not there. More than one month later, Ashraf keeps on promising to get me some mats or send me an update, but he simply does not return my calls or provide me with the mats I paid for. I am extremely disappointed at the service.
