3 years and still waiting on my spare key

Shooo where do I begin? If I could give less than 1 star i would. Bought a car from them 3 years ago...still waiting on my spare key and fender liner. The managers have changed so many times (I've only ever spoken to one of them). Emailed the current manager about a week ago, still nothing. It's impossible to speak with them on the telephone because no-one will put you through to them.
