Pathetic Service Delivery

How does a service centre OFFER a client a DROP OFF service after booking in their vehicle. but NOT OFFER a collection once the service has been complete?<br> How on earth am I supposed to collect my if they have my car?<br> <br> The Service Manager, Jan Mulder, is blaming loading shedding among other pathetic excuses... what a joke!
