My car went for service today at Kia Brackenfell. I arrived before 7am and was met by Natalie Van Der Vyfer. What a great experience. She was friendly and welcoming on a cold, misty morning. She explained the process and told me to have a good day. I was pleasantly surprised, she kept me updated and when I collected my car, she again had a friendly smile. Well done Natalie! You are a star for making your client feel at ease and being so professional and friendly. I appreciate it. See you when my next service due again.
