Pathetic service from KIA in Bloemfontein

Pathetic service from KIA in Bloemfontein. I called on the the 5th of August to book my vehicle for a service. The receptionist said they will call me back. I called again with the same reply from her. I'm still waiting for them to call. They also did not fill in my service booklet last year when it was there for a service. Won't service my car with them again
