I bought a car in February then after 1 week the car had some problems

I bought a car in February then after 1 week the car had some problems. When I contact them about the problem they didn't fixe it. And last month I took it to a service,then at service they found out another problem including the one that i was having. And kia is not willing to fixe the problem.
