Poor Gullible service delivery

With disappointment I write this and will never deal with Renault Stikland again a few years ago I also had a problem with them where I brought my car to them cause a fuse had blown and I told the mechanic and waited 3days for my vehicle and there and then I decided never again and afterwards always took my vehicle to DTM as they give u a valued service but this time I decided to give Stikland another go and redeem themselves as there was a knock in my engine and I was just gonna let them check it out and see if it's anything serious.The car is a 2018 Kadjar 1.2 Dynamic and have 28500km on the clock so they pushed me to do the 30000km that I didn't want to do but agreed.I took my car there 10 September 2019 and they assured me they'll keep me posted but only for the next day only to tell me that my timing chain has stretched and need replacing and it's going to take about 3 days to have it fixed.The Thursday a Lady named Celest phoned again to let me know that there's a part that they can't find in Cape Town and it need to be couriered down from JHB overnight and I'll get my vehicle by the next Tuesday.The Tuesday of 17 September 2019 I waited till 3 and when I heard nothing from Celeste I called and left 4 messages and everytime the receptionist assured me that she gave the message to Celeste and even mailed her so the next morning I phoned again and got a hold of Celeste and all of a sudden the part had to be ordered from France and I never heard from Celeste again no updates nothing another week has gone by and I'm still without a vehicle they just don't care.It took DTM 1½ week to get me a new key card from France why is it taking Stiland so long to get a urgent part from France it just seems like they don't care about the customer.All I can say is they'll never see me again after my car is fixed and I won't encourage anyone to take your vehicle to them rather drive the extra kilometers and go to DTM
