On 26th February took in my vehicle to have the engine done over, dealt with a Sales Advisor named Ymeri Erasmus. Over a space of three months and constant visits to the business, she only told lies and made empty promises. Three months down the line nothing was still done until it was escalated to higher management and found that she had actually done absolutely nothing to fix my problem from day one. Poor and absolutely pathetic service, i would not advise anyone to seek her assistance as you will be lead on from day one.
