BAD BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

This is the second time i am having issues with them. Unprofessional staff. I toom my car in because my exhaust was going to fall off. The informed me that my car will have to stay over. Had no problem with that. A day passed. The next day i phoned at 12.45 just to be told that my approval was not received as yet. Minutes later Toni phoned me to say it was approved but she now must find out if there is stock. Then she called to say they will have my car fixed by the end of the day. I had to ask her to give me a time to collect that was also not given. When i came there to collect my car it was so dirty then she **** and said they did was my car and that i had to remember its a curtesey. The wash. Offering to wash the car then. So me as the customer must wait yet again. Luckily i have 70.00 to have my car washed. I also have all the photos to proof. so sorry will never see me again after i gave them a second change.
