Kia Airport Useless Service

My friend bought a Kia from Kia Airport. They where supposed to fit leather seating in her car as part of the deal. She paid an extra cost for this and the manager keeps making pathetic excuses why they cannot do this even though she has paid and even requested her money back. Kia keep refusing to give her money back but the fitting of the seats is still not done. Please stay away from Kia Airport seems like they are just *****.
