Car dealers

I bought a car in February and I was suppose to start paying for my car in May. Buy Siya Godlo didn’t give me the money for March and April installment as discussed. I’m still angry at them even now coz when I call and asked she keep on telling me stories. Sorry to say this now maybe it might be too late but I just heard about Hello Peter not so long ago. I will be happy if you can help me.
