Bad service from sale person

Two months ago I bought a brand new car from a sale person by the name of Sello Monaheng, I encounter issues with the car after only 1 month and inform him via WhatsApp and he never even once rep**** to my texts, I even took time to go at the dealer and he made me go to east rand branch where I was informed they cant do anything, which was a waste of time as he would have called them before sending me there. The bad service after purchasing a car at Kia Airport is unbelievable and wont recommend anyone to make business with him (Sello Monaheng)
