Bad service

KIA Airport Kempton park provides the worst services anyone could ever imagine My wife bought a car from them and the car didn't have a service book, she is now struggling to take this car for service because of no service book and when she contacts them they cant even take the car and service it for her for the mess they created. She has since requested for a service history record and since this day she still has not received it, the guy who sold the car to her does not even answer her calls anymore
