Khwela Power - no response to requests

Greetings.<br> <br> How is it possible that it is okay to collect money for services not correctly rendered, yet when queried there is no response from the accounts division. I was told that I was making payments incorrectly, when I lodged an email query requesting correctness - no response a month later. In addition, my bill doubled hence I requested for this to be looked into, still no response from Khwela power. <br> <br> A company that does not respond to their client queries despite follow ups. This is unprofessional and I am not happy with the treatment received. To date no response from Khwela Power.
