KHWELA POWER METERING (MIDCITY) IS HORRIBLE

we was forced to put in these horrible metre box into our flat last year November no even permission was granted all it was we must leave our previous box outside our flat and their will install these new ****,HORRIBLE,MONEY EATING METRE BOX into our flats, whilst I am work the power goes off damaging my fridge and geyser element. I REQUEST YOU REMOVE THIS BOX URGENTLY AND GIVE US BACK OUR PREVIOUS TSHWANE BOX.
