Sipho Twala / Sipho Khwebula of Khwebula Arts stole R21,000.00

Sipho Twala ( also uses Sipho Khwebula ) of Khwebula Arts stole my money.

During April / May 2022 I ordered 8 chairs to be manufactured by Sipho Twala ( also goes by Sipho Khwebula ). Delivery date was first week of September 2022. I asked him continuously from end of Aug 2022 to deliver my 8 chairs but he would not respond. I eventually phoned him and he explained he needed another 2 weeks to allow for manufacturing because he: 1. Did not plan my project well.2. Was behind in work due to load-shedding and 3. Used my money to fund his other projects. When I confronted him via phone he confirmed it was completely his fault and that I was “too nice”. I then extended delivery date for another 2 weeks and he still did not deliver. He then asked for another 2 weeks but I then decided he will most likely never deliver so I said he had to give me a full refund of R21 000.00 on Friday, 1 October 2022. Sipho never refunded me and it is now one week later. He now phones me and don’t talk when I answer.

I don understand how he can get away with *****ing people ‘s money and why radio stations still allow him on shows.
