Unreliable beds and dishonest business owner

In November 2020 I was bed shopping. Found a local company advertising on facebook in the community group. The lady I dealt with was fantastic. Gave a good price, told me there was a 12 month guarantee on the beds etc. Earlier this year the 2 double beds I purchased mattresses started caving in and the springs were pushing through. 2 double beds the same thing. I contacted the lady I dealt with and she advised me that she leaving the company and gave me her bosses number. I have been trying since early 2021 to get him to do something. He had endless excuses. Today he tells me they are budget beds and there is no warranty but he can send the manufacturer to check it out. If it were 1 bed I probably would not have said anything but 2 double beds! Clearly there is a defect.
