Worst Service In A Long Time

At first, speaking to this company was a breeze, everything was done via WhatsApp and the replies were quick and accurate. As soon as I signed on the dotted line its as if the service just disappeared completely. No replies, problems are sorted out only if you make a stink otherwise just ignored, and if they are sorted out its over days! I had an issue where I needed to change my debit order account. I tried via WhatsApp and no replies, I had to send numerous messages before I was even rep**** to with a "Let me look into it" and never to reply again. Phoning in I got filthy attitudes from the assistant. After being assured the debit order has been changed I now see yesterday it came off the same wrong account again, which has no funds. I have also contacted them immediately as I had to move premises. I got a message the following day saying "Hi There, Apologies for the delay, Please confirm when you are able to chat about your Debt review enquiry". I rep**** to the message within 1min, I'm still waiting for a reply 34 hours later.

In general its been a terrible experience with this company and id suggest if you looking for debt relief - look elsewhere, there are other companies which I'm certain will give you a better experience. I literally had to come to HelloPeter for the first time in my life, that's saying allot.
