Debt review without consent

I have been placed under debt review with out me even paying anything or them even deducting my account, for years have been fighting to get removed as I never contributes any cent , now I'm stuck and the stupid consultant not even working there anymore getting any joy asked for call recording no proof wat so ever , please assist
