They were caught on the Devi Show. They will take your money with no conscious directors in this company will take your money and give nothing in return. GLOBAL WELLNESS ENTERPRISES (GWE) - Paid in full / substantial payments made. Equipment not delivered. Months of excuses, unanswered requests and no meaningful resolution.

GWE markets itself as a supplier of first-world, first-class wellness equipment and professional service. We re**** on these representations when entering into our agreements and making payment. Our experience has been completely unacceptable. They failed to deliver equipment for which we paid substantial amounts, despite repeated assurances, follow-ups and ultimately formal legal demands.

On 8 October 2025, we paid R490,316.84 in full for an order including an Infrared Body Dome, Pelvic Plate Rejuvenation Therapy System and an LED Therapy Bed. The agreed arrangement was that the Infrared Body Dome and Pelvic Plate would be delivered to Moreletapark, Pretoria, while the LED Therapy Bed would be delivered separately to Herm**** during February 2026 at no additional transport cost. The Body Dome and Pelvic Plate were delivered. The LED Therapy Bed was not.

On 31 October 2025, we entered into a further agreement with GWE for a 2 ATA Double Seater Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Room, valued at R828,000 including VAT. We subsequently paid: • R200,000 on 31 October 2025 • R200,000 on 27 November 2025 • R200,000 on 5 February 2026 A total of R600,000 was therefore paid towards this equipment. The remaining R228,000 was only payable upon confirmation of manufacture and delivery. The Hyperbaric Room was never delivered.

When we followed up regarding the outstanding equipment, we were initially told that the supplier in China was unavailable because of annual holidays and that feedback would be available after 3 March 2026. Despite this undertaking, we did not receive meaningful confirmation of manufacture, dispatch or a firm delivery date. On 8 April 2026, we were contacted by Mr Marnitz Marais and again raised the outstanding equipment. At that stage, we requested either: • Urgent delivery of the outstanding equipment; or • Reimbur*****t of the money already paid. The reimbur*****t request was refused. We were instead told that legal action would be taken if we persisted with our demand for repayment. On 14 April 2026, we formally put our request in writing and again requested delivery or reimbur*****t. The response was still that confirmation from the supplier regarding dispatch and transit timelines had not been received. No firm delivery date was provided.

After numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with GWE, our attorneys, Adams & Adams, issued formal Letters of Demand on 6 May 2026. The letters demanded delivery of the outstanding LED Therapy Bed and proper confirmation regarding manufacture and delivery of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Room, failing which cancellation and repayment would be pursued. Despite all of this, we remained without the outstanding equipment. No satisfactory resolution was provided. No definitive proof of manufacture, shipment or delivery was provided. This is not a complaint about a parcel arriving a few days late. This concerns substantial amounts of money paid to a supplier in good faith, followed by months of waiting, repeated requests for information, changing explanations, no firm delivery date, refusal of reimbur*****t and ultimately the necessity of instructing attorneys.

As part of our investigation into the matter, we obtained CIPC records relating to companies associated with the individuals involved. The above information is based on CIPC records in our possession and can be independently verified. We believe this corporate history is relevant to our complaint, particularly given the substantial amounts paid to GWE and the fact that our outstanding orders remain unresolved.

During our investigation, we also became aware of other individuals who allege that they experienced similar problems involving GWE, including substantial payments allegedly made for products that were not delivered.

From information that I have gathered from publicly available social-media pages, I understand that Mr Marais’ wife, Janneke Marais, is associated with a business known as Bohemian Wellness. Based on the information available to me, I have reason to question whether funds received from customers, including myself, despite knowing, or having reason to know, that they would not be able to deliver the goods as agreed, may have been utilised for purposes other than the fulfilment of the orders for which payment was made.

We paid GWE substantial amounts based on their representations that the equipment would be supp****. We did what was required of us as customers: We ordered. We paid. We followed up. We waited. We requested answers. We requested delivery. We requested reimbur*****t.

Yet we are still without the equipment for which payment was made.

We reserve all our legal rights in respect of this matter and have referred the appropriate aspects to the relevant authorities for investigation. GWE should not be allowed to hide behind further promises or supplier excuses. After almost a year, we require an actual resolu
