Bad ill mannered people

Very bad service at that clinic,went there to open antenatal file from 8 until 3 I waited.i was number 5 but I ended up sitting like I was number 30. They told me they gng to end wth me becuz I am starting.later went to ask and I was told I will be helped according to how fast they finish the remaining ppl. What is that? I am almost 6 months now and I fear going there becuz of that experience.
