Unprofessional communication from Corinne at Khuluma Education

We contacted Corinne from Khuluma Education to activate a subcription for the Gemiini educational program for our autistic son. Khuluma Education's website information is outdated with regards to contact information and pricing.

Corinne did not respond timeosly to emails sent. When she did, she communicated that we should only contact her and no other person and that the pricing is more than shown on the internet. She was very negative in her responses throughout. She also said that if we are unhappy she would give us a refund and that she will not respond any further on how we think she should communicate with us.

This has been a very negative and unprofessional experience. We will not be making use of Khuluma Education's services again and will not recommend it to anyone going forward.
