Horrible service

Khosi Nkosi has the worst service ever I had bought a dress for my graduation and because they advertised that their delivery takes roughly 1 day i thought it would arrive in 3 days time at the latest. Instead they didn't deliver on time and whenever i tried to email them and get an update they wouldnt reply to a single one, I even went as far as asking or an adress so i could go collect the dress myself since it was for a special occasion and didnt want to risk it not being on time but over 2 weeks passed and they didnt deliver needless to say i settled for a dress i bought elsewhere and was completely miserable during my graduate thanks to them
